Our children joined in with International Dot Day 2026, inspired by The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds. They explored their creativity by experimenting with different shades of colour, creating patterns using circles of different sizes.

Each child created their own individual tile using oil pastels, felt tips and pencil crayons, thinking carefully about colour, pattern and detail. The individual tiles were then brought together to create one fantastic whole-year-group masterpiece!

It was wonderful to see the children’s creativity, collaboration and confidence shine through as they discovered just how much they could create from one simple dot.

Every dot counts, and together they created something amazing!
