Year 1 and 2: Data Experts - May 2026

This half term, we have been busy becoming data experts! We explored exciting new ways to show information using different kinds of charts on the computer. We practised drawing tally marks, counting carefully, and comparing groups using tally charts. Foxes Class worked brilliantly in pairs to total their tally marks before turning their results into colourful pictograms, pie charts, and bar graphs using the JIT5 Website.  We had lots of fun discovering how charts can help us organise and understand information quickly and clearly!
